It all starts with saying Yes! Decide which room (or one area) you want to transform and book your VIP Design Session. We'll send you next steps and everything you need to get the process started. Those steps include answering a few style questions, taking pictures, measuring, and sharing some images of what inspires you.
We jump on a call and take you through the first steps of our very own design process. We'll work with you to to lay out the where, when, and what is needed to create your perfect room. We'll then share a few of our "little black book" shopping sources (so you're not stuck in the "where") and outline the exact steps needed to bring it all home.

You're able to pull your room together on your timeline, with no guessing, and no stress. And if you need a follow up call after it's all arrived, we're happy to schedule a follow up session to answer any questions you have or help with the final touches. Opening the door to a home you love is the backdrop for all those memories you want to create, gatherings you want to have, and feels oh-so-amazing.

You've shopped, you've sourced, and now you have questions--it's time for us to review EVERYTHING and make sure what you've chosen works, and works well with your room (and fits your style). We also sprinkle a little "designer dust" on the whole thing so you're not getting some cookie-cutter version of something you've seen 100 times before...your design will be curated, it will be functional, and it will be "scroll worthy". :)

How It Works
Book your day! You'll need to be available for 4 hours (but not all at once!). The bonus? We do it via Zoom, so we literally come to you!

We'll give you a bit of homework, then have our first consult. You'll have a bit more homework, then you're off to get it done!

Our final consult: We'll review selections, make adjustments, add a little special sauce and finalize details. The result? Amazing!

how many rooms can we work on together?
One room per VIP Session. We've been doing this a long time, and know that when you focus on one space, and actually see results, the good feelings keep on coming....and then we can move on to the next one. :)

WHAT WILL YOU PROVIDE TO HELP me get it right?
With your measurements and pics, we'll provide you with a basic floorplan to get started. After that first consult, you'll have everything you'll need (what, where, size...) to go out and get to selecting. #letsdothis
who is responsible for SELECTING AND purchasing the furniture and materials?
Our VIP Strategy Session is where we do things WITH you. So, you'll be the one to do the sourcing and selecting. We'll be there to put our stamp of approval on it all, so you don't have to stress about making a mistake.
I'm doing a remodel of a kitchen (or bath), could this work for me?
Absolutely! Your Kitchen, or any bath, could be your one room. We can help you with selections, colors...all of it.
I'M NOT A DESIGNER, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DO THIS AND GET IT RIGHT?
VIP Strategy Sessions are for clients who know what they like--and are able to make choices--they just need a little help confirming those picks. That's where we come in and bring it home. #teamwork
what if i need to cancel/reschedule a call?
We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to make a change to your scheduled consult.
who is responsible for TAKING ALL THE MEASUREMENTS OF the space?
You are responsible for all measuring and taking photos of your space. Don't worry if you don't know where to start, we set you up with everything you'll need to get it right.
CAN I SPACE our two consults OVER A COUPLE MONTHS?
Both consults need to be completed within a 30-day window. Follow up sessions can be booked separately.
HOW IS THIS PROCESS DIFFERENT THAN YOUR FULL SERVICE DESIGN?
Our full service design process is where we handle everything, from creating the design to sourcing to final installation. Our VIP Session is where we create the design WITH you, and you execute the design.
what if i decide i need full service design?
Once our first consult has taken place, the VIP fee is not refundable. However, if you're looking to move up to full service design, set up a call and let's talk.
No problem. Shoot us an email and we'll be happy to answer any other questions you may have so you're 100% comfortable with saying yes.
