Evergrace
This client loved the home's location, but needed more space for their large family. So...we gutted a kitchen, knocked out a wall, added beams, and turned an extra garage into a mudroom. The result? The extra space they needed all wrapped up in a lovely, timeless design that the clients love.

The directive? Take a spec home and turn it into the client's home...a home that really felt like their home. The clients like a very minimalist style, but wanted cozy--no problem. The house provided a great starting point, and we warmed it up by layering textures, comfortable furnishings with clean lines and subtle tones to create a retreat where they both love to spend time.

Shadowlawn
Organic meets modern in this cozy little bungalow. The goal? Take an in-town bungalow, retain its charm, yet have it reflect the life, style, and personality of the people who live there...so. much. fun. Neon sign? Check.
